Since July, Danuta Schikora has been supporting the team of our partner Sandra Reißnauer as a tax adviser. Her main areas of expertise are tax compliance, tax transaction advice, and corporate and group tax law.
We asked our new colleague a few questions:
How did you first hear about Kantenwein? Were you already familiar with Kantenwein?
“I wasn’t familiar with Kantenwein before. During the application process, I researched Kantenwein in depth and came away with a very positive impression – particularly of the firm’s specialist focus and values.”
What was the deciding factor for you in joining Kantenwein?
“The deciding factor was the opportunity to contribute my experience as a tax adviser in a challenging and professional environment, whilst at the same time further developing my professional skills. I was particularly impressed by the firm’s high standards of quality, its modern approach and the prospect of providing clients with comprehensive, high-calibre advice. How did you find your start with us?
“My start was very positive. I was given a warm welcome right from the start and quickly felt at home within the team. The structured induction programme and the support available at all times enabled me to familiarise myself swiftly with the processes and client matters. I particularly appreciate the open communication, the collegial atmosphere and the trust that was placed in me from the outset.”
What’s your favourite thing to do in your spare time?
“In my spare time, I particularly enjoy travelling. I love getting to know new countries, cultures and people, and broadening my horizons in the process. For me, travelling offers the perfect balance to my working life, as it allows me to take in new experiences, switch off and return with a fresh perspective.”
