As tax consultants we consult and design, we are your contact when it comes to issues arising from your daily practice and your partner when it comes to optimizing the tax aspects in the development and implementation of new strategies and structures.

In addition, through the close cooperation with our attorneys at law and auditors, we create the prerequisites for an economically comprehensive optimization – also including all legal and business issues and requirements.

We support you during tax audits and represent you vis-à-vis the tax authorities in the case of extrajudicial remedies as well as during legal action (finance court, Federal Finance Court).

Focal points

One focal point is the consulting in company tax law regarding special tax law subjects, in particular in the areas of real estate structuring/real estate transfer tax, international tax law, reorganization/reorganization tax law as well as M&A transactions. We accompany reorganizations within a group of companies and develop the conception for M&A transactions. For cross-border matters we include foreign advisors in order to ensure a coordinated result.

Our clients range from medium-sized companies to DAX 30 corporations.

A further focus of our creative tax consulting lies in the optimization of the succession planning for companies and high net-worth individuals from a tax point of view, including the shaping of wills for entrepreneurs and the creation of foundations.
